Position Title: Sr. Analyst, Marketing and Digital Analytics, BK Canada Function: Marketing Supervisor Title: Sr. Manager, Marketing, BK Canada Location: Toronto, ON Our Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, this role is responsible for analyzing the performance of all categories and digital platforms on a regular basis as well as leading in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities: Leads regular analyses of sales performance by category, marketing activity and other relevant factors according to established routines Leverages several sources of data to analyze general as well as specific trends, year-over-year sales, key regional and product differences including relevant competitive information Monitors effectiveness of marketing programs and prepares post-program presentations highlighting key findings Drives efficiencies in regular reporting to allow more time spent on in-depth analyses Prepares presentations to show key findings and insights in a logical well-thought out manner Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget Assist in identifying category research needs and integrating with category performance data Analyze delivery, app, and CRM campaigns, driving actionable insights to increase 1P and 3P sales and frequency of usage Own 1P guest segmentation and analytics, including PMIX, behaviour, and loyalty analysis Work close with the digital team to ideate, test, and analyze campaigns Required Skills: University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity Exceptional analytical skills and creativeproblem-solvingskills Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated and a team player Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
