At Greektown Casino Hotel, we think you'll enjoy an exciting industry, fast paced days and nights, diverse, enthusiastic co-workers, unlimited growth and support from one of the leaders in the industry.An individual could be successful if they possess the following.This position provides a high level of professional customer service to casino guests by establishing and developing relationships that result in return visits to Greektown Casino-Hotel.Maintain a high level of player recognition and service by establishing and developing relationships with casino guestsEncourage the enrollment of club services to both slot and table games guestsEncourage the use of the GT Rewards card by rewarding rated play with the issuance of complimentary offers to qualified guestsCommunicate with other casino team members to gather information and ensure customer serviceSet up reservations for customer services and follow through to ensure level of service is maintainedRespond to guest requests, questions or problems in a timely fashionFollow up with guests after departure and maintain contact to ensure return tripsMaintain current guest informationPrepare daily Casino Host reportAttend special eventsKeep senior leadership appraised of any problems or critical situations that ariseEnsure compliance with Michigan gaming regulationsEnsures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgetsOversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditionsMonitors competitor products, sales and marketing activitiesOther job-related duties as assignedMust possess excellent customer service skills and the desire to provide our Greektown Casino-Hotel guests with an exceptional gaming experience Must demonstrate a positive public image Ability to communicate in a clear, accurate and concise manner, both orally and in writing is requiredMust be computer literateAbility to analyze, problem solve and use good judgment to make decisions in demanding situations is essentialMust be able to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedureAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information requiredWhether you prefer being at the center of it all or working behind the scenes, there's a role for you at Penn National Gaming.
