Cafeteria Grill Cook - part time - Night shift

New Brunswick, New Jersey Saint Peter's Healthcare System
The Grill Cook will perform service for employee meals, replenish food and non-food items, provide general sanitation and cold production assistance, and manage cash control during the night shift.

Shift: 11:30pm-4:00am. 2 shifts per week- days could vary.


  • Completing all grill preparation in accordance with customer's order
  • Replenishing food and non-food supplies in a timely manner
  • Cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas and equipment in accordance with established
    Department procedures
  • Preparing all cold food items according to established recipes and quantity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year experience as a Short Order Cook
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
