The Grill Cook will perform service for employee meals, replenish food and non-food items, provide general sanitation and cold production assistance, and manage cash control during the night shift.
Shift: 11:30pm-4:00am. 2 shifts per week- days could vary.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Completing all grill preparation in accordance with customer's order
- Replenishing food and non-food supplies in a timely manner
- Cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas and equipment in accordance with established
Department procedures - Preparing all cold food items according to established recipes and quantity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience as a Short Order Cook
- Ability to read, write and speak English
