Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of roll information entered at inspection to what is cut by the SMART system.
• Verify that all short rolls have reason codes and comments indicating why the roll was cut.
• Verify correct routing of finished goods. (i.e.- repair rolls to reinspection, etc.)
• Verify the ticket is printing properly.
• Remove only one ticket at a time.
• Attach ticket to the roll where LTO driver can scan number.
• Apply bottom of ticket inside the flap of the roll.
• Verify that the roll is secured in at least 2 out of 3 places.
• Perform roll information maintenance as required.
• Advise shift maintenance technician(s) of mechanical problems.
• Communicate with other areas of the production line as required.
• Keep work area clean.
• Observe all company safety rules.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write English
• Must possess and maintain good aptitude and attitude
• Must pass color vision test
• Must be able to obtain lift truck certification
