SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the patient, cafeteria, and catering services.
Coordinates and monitors activities of the listed areas and makes improvements as needed.
Maintains food costs, productivity standards, quality standards and sanitation standards as required by the facility and regulatory agencies. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Food Management or related field.
Five or more years in commercial or institutional food service desired.
Serv Safe Trainer designation required.Train the Trainer Certification required.
Person with experience with outpatient dietitian programs. ADDITIONAL INFO:
Position reports to the Director of Support Services.
Supervises around 40 FTE's. Staff is pretty seasoned and very trainable.
Ideal person would have a strong clinical food service process experience, understand informatics in regards to dietary and alergies.
Experience with Budgets, food buying systems and quality measures and people skills is some other things that we are looking for.
The facility is offering a competitive hourly range between 75K-85K depending on experience. They also offer a great benefit package including relocation.
