The California Supreme Court has ruled that Sports Governing Organizations have a duty to Protect Young Athletes from sexual and other abuse. The court ruled that USA Taekwondo could be held liable for the actions of the coach, Marc Gitelman. Attorney and partner at the firm, Stephen Estey, was featured in many news outlets recently, as linked to below.
