No Mayo Ranch Dip

Yield: 2 cups
Serving size: 2 Tbsp

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and use a hand or electric mixer to blend together until a smooth consistency is reached. 
  2. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.

Note: Dressing will be a thicker consistency than a typical store-bought dressing, which makes it more suitable as a dip. For a thinner consistency, simply add a small amount of additional cream.
