He served as CavinKare’s former Vice President of Human Resources for 18 years when the company grew from an INR 12 Crore ($1.45 million) to a INR 1200 crore ($144.5 million) enterprise. He was the former President – of Group HR of GEMS Everonn Education Ltd. He received the World HRD Congress’ “Most Powerful HR Professional in India, 2010” award during the Asia Pacific Congress, which was held in Singapore.

He has extensive and indepth knowledge in the fields of sales, marketing, and logistics. He currently serves as a consultant for numerous businesses, specializing in business strategy, branding, marketing, and sales.

Vairamani Pandiyan

Vairamani Pandiyan has more than 35 years of experience working in a variety of industries, including FMCG, IT, chemicals, steel, automotive, and specialized HR services. His most recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources and Director on the Board at Ford Motors India Ltd. He had previously held positions with organizations including CavinKare, Anil Starch Products, TATA Steel, and Careers India. In 2016, he retired from a career in business. Currently, he consults with corporations and non-profits about organizational change initiatives and talent development.
