The running and the screaming and the fighting and the arguing and the hitting and the pushing and the falling and the whimpering and the crying and the being sad and what not! While working with very young children, communication can be hard to understand and the job gets doubly difficult to rationalise, set rules and make them understand why.
We are blessed to have preschool teachers in our life and we need to thank them for doing what they do diligently, effortlessly and even more so, lovingly.
So when they don’t respond to you (parent) query on chat immediately, or unable to get to the phone because they are busy running around the kids and managing them, please be patient. There’s more beneath what you can see in the surface.
Here’s a peak on how a typical day of a preschool teacher looks like

| 8:35 AM: | Ensure the classroom is clean and child friendly. Are there things scattered all over the floor from the previous evening at school? Fix. Any sharp objects that should not be seen around? Pick and dispose safely. |
