NaBFID Officer Recruitment 2023 Vacancies

• Officer Analyst Grade: 56 vacancies in various disciplines, Age: 21-32 years as of 01/10/2023, Experience: Post-qualification experience of 1 year for all the above positions in Analyst grade is preferred, Remuneration: The annual fixed compensation for Analyst grade, appointed in the service of the Bank will be ₹14.83 lakh (approximately). Apart from this, variable pay (performance bonus) of up to 20% on fixed compensation may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time

1. Lending Operations: 15 vacancies (UR-8, EWS-1, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1)

Application Fee

Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹800/- plus applicable taxes for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates and ₹100/-plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Selection Procedure

The Selection Process will comprise of Online Exam and Personal Interview. Candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in the Online Exam will be eligible to be called for the Interview. Tentative month of Examination/Interview is November/December 2023.
