Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2023-24 Vacancies

• Management Trainee (MT): 45 vacancies in various discipline, Age: 21-28 years as of 01/10/2023, Stipend:  ₹55000/- per month, Qualification: As per requirement of the particular discipline

1. Management Trainee (MT) (Banking Operations): 35 vacancies (UR-16, EWS-03, OBC-09, SC-05, ST-02) (PWD-01)
2. Management Trainee (MT) (Digital Technology): 07 vacancies (UR-05, OBC-01, SC-01)
3. Management Trainee (MT) (Rajbhasha): 02 vacancies (UR-02)
4. Management Trainee (MT) (Administration): 01 vacancies (UR-01)

Management Trainees (MT) will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM)-I ₹36000-63840 as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of a traineeship up to two years in the Bank. The current CTC of the Deputy Manager is ₹17 lakh per annum approximately.

Selection Procedure

Selection for the post of Management Trainees (MT) in the EXIM Bank will be through a written examination tentatively to be held in the month of December 2023 followed by the persona interviews for the selected candidates only.
