Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Age: 21-40 years as on 01/07/2023
- Pay Scale: As prescribed above
- Eligibility: (i) Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board/institution/university (ii) Diploma of Certification in Ophthalmology, Optometry or Refraction (iii) The candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam based on the mark obtained in the Preliminary Eligibility Test- PET-2022.
Application Fee
₹25/- to be paid by each candidate as the processing fee to be paid online or in SBI by payment challan.

Recruitment Exam Scheme
The preliminary test is the UP PET i.e. those who have passed UPPET 2022 are eligible to appear in the main examination. The main examination 2023 for the above mentioned recruitment posts will be held at various centers in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
