The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Ordinance 2019

The Government has issued The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Ordinance 2019 on 21.02.2019. Pursuant to this ordinance now any Individual or group of individuals can’t take any deposit or loan from any person other than relatives and Partnership firm can take deposit or loan from relatives or partner or partners only. इस अध्यादेश के अनुसार अब कोई भी व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों का समूह रिश्तेदारों के अलावा किसी भी व्यक्ति से कोई जमा या ऋण नहीं ले सकता है और साझेदारी फर्म केवल रिश्तेदारों या साझेदार या भागीदारों से जमा या ऋण ले सकती है।
The ban on unregulated deposits and its promotion is expected put a closure to this illicit activity. The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Ordinance has provisions which ban deposit takers from promoting, operating, issuing advertisements or accepting deposits in any unregulated deposit scheme.
