His innovative ideas and a keen sense of strategic planning allow him to lead the organizations to reach their successful sales. He carries a vast vision for the growth of the non-profitable organizations by guiding the businesses for their acquisitions, turnarounds, lead mergers, and corporate strategic development.

His passion for giving a huge contribution to the medical and Science Field allowed him to establish his own firm. As a result, he founded Amerident a healthcare service company in the year 1996.  Under his right guidance and support, the organization delivered super productive results by growing its employ rank up to 600.  Moreover, with high-quality efficiency and contributions, it was honored with the 30 community awards and earned a state congressional Medal of Honor for its incredible work with the infants.

In addition to this, in the year 2000, he has become a member of Materia, Inc. and played a vital role as a board member of the company. Here, he contributed his knowledge and efforts to commercializing the company by increasing its funds in order to produce metathesis catalysts. This organization is known for its licensed Nobel-prize-winning technology for creating the resins and catalysts to industrial use.

Jack Kavanaugh carries a positive view of social welfare and pays keen attention to serving the under-served communities by arranging several events and research program for the treatment of complex diseases such as cancer with the new generation medical techniques.
