Team Expansion for Superior Customer Service & Support
Hicksville, NY, August 24, 2023 – NSA Computer Exchange Corp (NSA) is pleased to announce Becky Thibodeau has joined the Company as a Senior Business Consultant. For 25 years, Becky worked in Application Support at Infor. She was hired as an analyst for SHIMS products and then moved to SX.enterprise products. In addition, Becky was the Manager of Support Operations where her primary focus was assisting the Application Team in meeting metrics, working with Development on bug fixes, and assisting with Customer concerns.
Becky states, “I have worked with many NSA employees in different capacities, and they are a great team and I’m excited to be part of the team now. I look forward to learning my new responsibilities and becoming a valuable asset to NSA.”
