Vmware folks, what do Annual refreshers and raises (if any) look like at Vmware cloud. Specifically at mts3 level, but any info is super helpful. Just got an offer from them for 150k base, 125k rsu for 4 years, 25k signon for the first year and 12% annual bonus. Have 11 y.o.
