What are the reasons for the terroristic threats?

Any Threat to commit violence against another person with the intent to terrorize is a Terroristic Threat. And if you’re charged with terroristic threats, you’re in a lot of trouble. Penalties associated with terroristic threats

  • A first-degree misdemeanor conviction can result in a fine between $1,500 - $10,000 and a maximum prison sentence of up to five years.
  • A third-degree felony conviction can result in a fine between $2,500 and $15,000 and also imprisonment for up to seven years.
