• Bachelor’s Degree –A bachelor’s degree program is the first step to the journey of becoming a lawyer. It is necessary to pursue a bachelor’s degree which will define the practice area later. • Review on Fitness and Character –After the state bar exam, the individual needs to undergo reviews based on their fitness and character. The review is done to understand the individual’s name of law school along with their conduct, general social conduct, and discipline, criminal history.
• Oath – Oaths are required to be taken by the lawyer before the practice starts. The oath may be different depending on the practice location.
