joined fb on dec 3. offer letter said signon will be paid by a month. if it posted by this year, tax will be Lower (due to lower comp received all year from my prev employer) than if it posts next year (jan 2nd or 3rd). is there any way i can get it by this year? TC: 190/600/100 15% bonus
