Freshworks and Truvisor offer a tailored Digi-TAC-approved CRM solution for businesses in Singapore

The Freshsales suite of solutions, offered in partnership with Truvisor, is now listed under the Digi-TAC program, enabling businesses to get up to 70% government funding for digitalization

The current economic outlook in Singapore may be somewhat challenging, but there are bright spots such as a thriving information and communication technology (ICT) industry. The ICT market in Singapore was valued at $41.8 billion in 2021 and will grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.9% to reach $61 billion by 2026, according to estimates by GlobalData.

To participate in this exciting growth opportunity and help Singaporean businesses digitally transform their customer service, Freshworks has partnered with Asia’s visionary distributor, Truvisor, to accelerate digital transformation. Under the partnership, Truvisor will offer Freshsales Suite Pro all-in-one CRM solution to businesses in Singapore. The software suite is pre-approved under the Digi-TAC program—making it eligible for government funding of up to 70% of the solution’s cost.

Digi-TAC, which connotes the digitalization efforts of trade associations and chambers (TACs) of Singapore, is supported by the country’s apex business chamber, Singapore Business Federation (SBF), and SGTech. SBF is a leading trade association that represents over 28,000 member companies ranging from multinationals to local businesses and startups. SGTech is a leading trade association representing Singapore’s infocomm technology industry, advocating for its members’ interests and fostering innovation in the sector.

“As digitalization is a key enabler for business growth, TACs must stay abreast of new developments and embrace digital solutions to support their members in the new digital economy. Together with SGTech, SBF is pleased to support fellow TACs by providing funding support for the adoption of pre-approved digital solutions and participation in training courses under the Digi-TAC program,” said Winnie Low, executive director, Membership and TAC Division, Singapore Business Federation.

Talking about the partnership with Truvisor, Varun Vig, head of channels and alliances for APJ, India, and MEA regions for Freshworks, said: “Rather than offering elusive promises of customized CRM solutions with long implementation cycles, increasing costs, and lack of customer context, we provide business software that is fast, easy, cost-effective, and powerful, catering to businesses of all sizes.”

With this strategic partnership between Freshworks and Truvisor, businesses across Singapore can harness the power of digitalization and automation to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Digi-TAC applications are open for eligible TACs until July 31, 2025. To make use of Freshworks software under the program, click here.
