In view of the recent events related to the spread of COVID-19, we would like to reassure you that London Residential has been monitoring this situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of all our customers.

We understand that many customers still need to move during this time, and as such, we are keen to ensure that Viewings and valuations continue to be conducted in order to help this happen.

We are currently taking the following precautionary steps to ensure that we can continue to operate:

- Reduced staff numbers in the office with many staff now working from home
- Reduced opening hours now 10:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturday 
- Offering video viewings and valuations
- We are providing protective gloves and sanitiser to staff who are still conducting viewings and we are offering the same to applicants

If you are a landlord or seller, please let us know if it is not sensible for our estate agents or photographers to visit your property or meet you in person, either because you or any of your tenants are self-isolating, or if you are experiencing any symptoms.
