The City of Mcallen is developing its Vision Zero Action Plan, a plan with the goal of reducing severe injuries and fatalities in City of McAllen roadways to ZERO.  The plan will help determine how to make improvements in the future to protect bicyclist, pedestrians, vehicular traffic and all roadway users.  

In order to help develop the plan, McAllen’s Traffic Operations Division is inviting residents, community advocates, and stakeholders to actively participate in the community engagement process of the Vision Zero Action Plan. Community input and engagement will be crucial in shaping the success of this transformative initiative.
