Leadership Edinburg Class XXXIV Raises $38k for Community Project

After 9 months of hard work, the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce told Texas Border Business that they celebrated the Leadership Edinburg Class XXXIV graduation in early June 2023 at Castle Hill Bistro.

LE Class Xxxiv completed several classes including a leadership retreat and sessions that focused on education, healthcare, history, media, economics, government, quality of life and community service.

Each LE Class selects a project that they work on together and complete within one year of the program. Class XXXIV raised $38,000 to beautify and restore the façade of the American Legion Post 408. The project is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2023 for local veterans to enjoy.
