Are you an Amateur golfer?  Well Save the Date for the RGV Hispanic Chambers 2nd Annual Jalapeño Amateur to be held at the Tierra Santa Golf Course in Weslaco.  150 golfers will get to compete in this fun 3 day Tournament scheduled for March 24th – 26th.  The tournament will consist of a practice game, fun Putting Contest along with 2 days of competition.  5 different flights will be offered depending on the handicap.

This year’s tournament brought in 100 golfers from not only the Rio Grande Valley but from Austin San Antonio, Kingsville, Corpus Christi and Mexico.  “We are looking forward to increasing the attendees to 150 this year.  We want to encourage golfers to come to the Rio Grande Valley and enjoy our hospitality, good weather, fine golf courses and fine food.” stated Cynthia M.
