WASHINGTON— Yesterday, at the invitation of Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15), Congressmen Henry Cuellar and Vicente Gonzalez met with the President of Guatemala, Jimmy Morales, to discuss Guatemala’s relationship with the United States.
