Binance, The Largest Crypto Exchange Makes Malta, The Crypto Island

Binance Relocates Its Headquarters
Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world has relocated its headquarters to Malta, a beautiful island of Europe. Binance’s trade volume is approximately $1.7 billion on a daily basis. The Malta island is known to be a friendly place from the point of view of cryptocurrency investment and settling the crypto business, that is why Binance has relocated its headquarter there. Due to liberal financial and regulatory policies, Malta is considered as crypto friendly country.
Binance, with its current resources, has moved its office to Malta and has decided to employ more than 200 full-time employees. Although, for a startup with billions of worth, it is not easy to relocate its headquarters considering its financial and regulatory conflicts. But, proactive authorities of Malta have shown their confidence to Binance & team to invest and business from the region placing Malta to the leading island in the field of cryptocurrency.
Silvio Schembri in an interview with Binance stated that Malta is confident regarding any activity in cryptocurrency sector. Supporting the Binance business in Malta, the spokesperson said that it would eventually open the doors for Blockchain Technology & companies and Malta would be known as Blockchain Island. He further added that Malta’s new policies are launched to provide DLT operations regulatory framework.
Binance also said that they found Malta to be the suitable place because of its friendly regulatory and financial policies, to relocate there headquarter after researching a lot of places. The CEO of Binance, Chanpeng Zhao is inspired by the forward and logical thinking of Malta government. This thing gave the surety that Malta is going to be the next hub and attraction of blockchain companies from all over the world. Zhao also said that Binance will help Malta to shape its financial and regulatory policies and will fund blockchain start-ups to grow and nurture there.
Observing Malta the good place to invest, regarding the blockchain, South Korean authorities have started to give a thought for legalizing Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) in other countries. The topic came into news when the renowned conglomerate Kakao, thought to launch its new venture in Blockchain out of South Korea.
Malta welcomes the blockchain companies and cryptocurrencies exchanges from all over the world and especially influences such companies from  Korea and Japan. The regulatory policies of Malta are sound and free of conflicts ensuring the growth of market exponentially.
