Just Inspiring Your Salwar Suits

Whenever we talk about Indian traditional wear, it is Salwar suit that comes in mind as one of the best options. Girls in our country especially choose to wear salwar suits for various traditional or special occasions. No matter how far we talk about the change in the outfits, current fashion trends, salwar suit has always retained its popularity and has never been out of fashion fully. There have been a lot of changes in the set patterns and colour combinations with differences in designs but the core similarity of being called a salwar suit has always remained the same.

There are different kinds of patterns, designs, colours, embellishments used and that can be worn on different occasions. Party wear salwar suits would have one of the most luxurious fabrics and heavy materials to enhance the beauty of the girl wearing the same. Designer salwar suits are not just preferred by the girls attending a marriage function but can also be the choice of the bride who is getting married. Such bridal salwar kameez would have a lot of embroidery work, kundan work, sequin work, zari work etc. despite of such heavy work and fabrics, there are dresses (salwar suits) to wear casually or may be during summers when the temperature is at its peak and you can’t carry heavy clothes. It enhances the overall look of the salwar. The combo of salwar suit with a light colour dupatta is one good choice. There are Punjabi suits, chudidaars, dhoti patterns, pant patterns for salwars, anarkalis. Kurtis can be designed as neckline, full-sleeves, half-sleeves, three-fourth, long kurtis, short kurtis, kurtis with longer cuts and so many more.

Sometimes it’s the flaunting dupatta that makes it lively. There are Banarasi dupattas, heavily worked, vibrant colourful printed dupattas available and even if the colour of salwar suit is not catchy, good heavy dupatta works any day. Jackets aren’t as formal as they sound because now even they are used to wear over kurtis and suits. They are designed accordingly. The length of the jacket can be varied like waist length, knee length, bust length etc. Smart pants like salwars can also be worn under certain kurtis. It can get replaced with Palazzos and other kinds of pant looking salwars.
