Expanded Study introduces global section to identify and define employee relations best practices around the world

HR Acuity®, a leading provider of employee relations and workplace investigation solutions, has launched the 2nd edition of the Employee Relations Benchmark Study on May 15, 2017, to identify and define “best practices” in relation to employee relations management. As a follow-up to last year’s groundbreaking Study, the questionnaire captures a unique set of employee relations metrics and best practices to enable mid-market and enterprise organizations to compare their own results with other similarly situated organizations. While primarily focused on best practices within the US, this year’s study has an expanded section on global practices.
