With reference to the earlier letter dated May 08, 2017, Dhunseri Petrochem has now informed that the Board Meeting, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and dividend. However, due to unavoidable circumstances the meetings have been re-scheduled to be held on May 22, 2017.
