Warping Machine for Textile Industries

Warping Machines are used in the Textile Industry for parallel binding of yarn onto beams. Warping Machines are made up of two parts, namely the creel and headstock. There are three types of warping machines; Beam Warping Machine, High-Speed Warping Machine, and Ball warping machine. Karl Mayer, Germany is one of the leading warping machine manufacturers.

  • 1) Multimatic Sample Warping Machine:

This has a maximum warping speed of 800m/min and can process up to 128 yarns. This is known to be used for shirting, home textiles, apparels, bottom weights, silk, worsted, etc.

  • 2) Gir-O- Matic Sample Warping Machine

This warping machine can warp to a maximum length of 1.050 m. It is a good choice for colored and solid warps as it has a Circular reel with 16-24 winding places.

  • 3) Gir-O- Matic 16 S Sample Warping Machine:

Warping capacity is up to 490m gives a perfect build-up of the band and has 16 winding places.

Karl Mayer Warp Knitting machines are lightweight, extremely flexible, fast and efficient, they are available in a number of various Tricot versions:

      1. Tricot Machines with 2 guide bars: Suitable for simple, lightweight and plain fabrics.
      2. Tricot Machines with 3 guide bars: Equipped with carbon bars, they are suitable for stretch and non-stretch fabrics and pile goods.
      3. Tricot machines with 4 guide bars: Suitable for production of fabrics with a wide range of patterns such as terry and pile fabric. The four bars enable various yarns to be combined, with the help of electronic guide bars the range of patterns may be expanded.
      4. Tricot machines with 5 guide bars: All round machine suitable for elastic and inelastic materials. Five guide bars help in the production of a large number of designs.

Karl Mayer, warping machine manufacturers also manufactures Warping Machines for rigid yarn. Karl Mayer DS OPTO is a warping machine for rigid filament yarns. It has an efficiently coordinated creel system and feeding aggregate. Breaks are synchronized to the creel system and multiple beaming can be performed. With a direct warping speed of 1000 m/min, it can do both direct and sectional warping. It is suitable for short warps to long color warps and uses a fewer number of bobbins. DS OPTO is very easy to operate via its touchscreen user interface and takes up less space due to small creel size.
