Our product range includes spindles and spindle inserts, top rollers, weighting arms, and cradles, for roving frames and ring frames.

Cradles: TeraSpin cradles are crafted with Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for long life and ease of handling. These cradles are also maintenance-free with no danger of deformed cradles, unlike the metal cradles. TeraSpin also offer a newly developed smart cradles (patent pending) for ring frames for better thread quality.

Spindles and Inserts: TeraSpin’s high speed spindles are recognized for their sturdy build and energy efficiency. They are next generation high performance, high speed inserts, with approximate 20 percent lesser oil content capable of running at 25000 RPM (mechanical). Weighting Arms: TeraSpin weighting arms are characterised by their tough design and corrosion resistant finish. Not only are they built to last the lifetime of the roving frame or ring frame, but each weighting arm utilises equal load on top rollers regardless of the time they are in use or at what position they are fastened.

Top Rollers: Each TeraSpin’s top roller is built as such that the clearance between hardened arbour and shell is flawlessly matched with appropriately sized double row steel balls. They are injected with just the right amount of special grease from TeraSpin – TRG 5. And the ends are fitted with a uniquely designed seal to prevent leaks while in operation.
