About The Product

• T.E.’s concentrated solar thermal (or CST) system follows the sun‘s movement all through the sky. Solar radiation on the dish is focused onto a “receiver”, through which water flows, and is located at the focal point of the concentrator. Due to the heat, the water flashes into steam. The heat energy of this steam can be used in a wide number of industrial and commercial applications such as extraction, laundry, cooking, pasteurisation, and sterilisation, thereby saving electricity and emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
• The A.T.E. Concentrated Solar Thermal system has a focal length of 4 metres, an aperture diameter of 0.35 metres, weighs 1800 kg and is capable of producing steam in the temperature range of 50-180ºC. With the rated thermal power of 13.75 kW, the system can generate 24000-30000 kg steam per year. The life of the structure is for more than 20 years.
