Do you want to create real passive income writing and blogging online? Figure out what your niche is. This isn’t easy to do because so many sites and channels are tutorial based. Blogger is good for getting your feet wet, but Wordpress is better with much higher earning potential. Become a sponge and be sure to read-up as much as you can. Don’t waste your money on services and apps you don’t need. Build a substantial following before you consider submitting your work to AdSense.
- Pay For Hosting
If there is one service you want to purchase when starting your blog, it’s hosting. In 2019 there are myriad hosting companies that charge anywhere from $3 per month and up - based on the amount of data you incorporate into your content. If you have many high resolution photos, podcasts, and videos that you are looking to sell or even give away, expect to pay more.
- You Are The Main Attraction
I don’t care how many tips and tricks you can teach on to drive traffic or how many affiliate programs are ripe for the picking - if I don’t enjoy your delivery, or I can’t understand what you’re saying beyond your thick accent, I’m moving on to something else. Sorry. There are over 8 billion people on planet earth, and millions of teachers who want to teach business start-ups. Your personality and the way you deliver your content is what will invariably set you apart from all the other car and make-up sales-people out there.
