Lower Expenses - Increase Productivity

One of the ways I've become so successful is due in part to the fact that I've been able to continuously master the art of self-discipline.

While it's true that I don't always wake up at a certain time or achieve everything I set out to do on any particular day, life has taught me to plan ahead for unforeseen realities as follows:
  • Preparation
  • The Application of Ongoing Education
  • Eating Healthy and Vigorous Exercise
  • Spending Time & Money Wisely
Annoying isn't it?

Listen, I am far from Perfection, and in all seriousness, I've never liked the word or any of its iterations. Perfection embraces complacency.

Diet and exercise have a lot to do with an individual's state of well-being. Your brain requires it to function as best it can. There isn't some magic pill out there that can make you happy, or some gizmo for sale to get a better workout ... and much like Money ... if you didn't have to put forth any effort for your sporty physique, (and some of us don't) I guarantee beyond a shadow of any doubt, you won't appreciate it.

Life is about opportunity and change, and then reacting accordingly with the good and bad situations as they present themselves.

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

Q: Am I hungry for a Big Mac?
A: Get hungry for Kale Salad

Q: Do I want to buy a new TV?
A: Invest in a computer monitor for your office

Q: Do I drive to work?
A: Sell your car and walk, bike, or bus

Q: Do I rush to get things over with?
A: Take your time and enjoy the process

Q: Do you find yourself trying to gratify on fleeting desire after the next?
A: Pray and meditate

Stop serving yourself and start reaching out to build one another up. And just because our stomachs growl, doesn't mean it's time to eat.

Dream Big!
