What can we say about the past few weeks? It’s been a rollercoaster. We are all living a very different reality to this time last month. We have had to adapt and adjust almost overnight to a new way of living.
We now face an uncertain road. One that will not be easy to travel for sure, but there is light at the end. There is hope. And this will pass.

These challenging times may leave a lot of people worried or scared, but along with concerns for physical Health, the new imposed restrictions and social distancing measures may also lead to stress and feelings of depression. It is so important during this time that we not only look after and protect our bodies, but also our minds.
