What can we say about the past few weeks? It’s been a rollercoaster. We are all living a very different reality to this time last month. We have had to adapt and adjust almost overnight to a new way of living.

We now face an uncertain road. One that will not be easy to travel for sure, but there is light at the end. There is hope. And this will pass.

In the meantime, we wanted to share some resources with you that you may find useful over the next few weeks. Health and Safety

If you have not done so already, please log onto the HSE website and familiarise yourself with the all current guidelines and measures. This is the best and most trusted source of information during this crisis and they have curated an extensive library of material here. 

These challenging times may leave a lot of people worried or scared, but along with concerns for physical Health, the new imposed restrictions and social distancing measures may also lead to stress and feelings of depression. It is so important during this time that we not only look after and protect our bodies, but also our minds. The HSE have also provided some good information here, along with links to some great mental health services
