The victim, who was there with her husband when Police arrived, reported that she had been reportedly raped by the spa manager and another person.

In connection with the rape of a 22-year-old spa center employee in Northwest Delhi, four males have been detained. The manager, the accused victim’s client, and the two owners who were detained for breaking rules were all men, according to the police.

Around 10 p.m. on Thursday, according to police, a PCR call regarding the incident was made. The victim, who was there with her husband when police arrived, reported that she had been reportedly raped by the spa manager and another person. She was reportedly taken to a hospital for a physical checkup, and a counselor from the Delhi Commission for Women was also contacted, according to the police.

According to the victim, she had joined the spa on July 30. The manager and client reportedly requested sexual favours from her on Thursday at 6 o’clock. She had drunk a cold beverage that the manager had served her, which caused her to feel queasy and led the two guys to accuse her of being raped.

“A complaint under IPC section 188 (disobedience to public servant’s order) has been launched against the spa for violating the rules, and the proprietors have been detained,” said DCP (Northwest) Usha Rangnani. Preventive action has been taken against them per CrPC sections 107 (security for maintaining the peace) and 150 (information of design to conduct cognizable offenses).

According to the police, the owners had an MCD license, and the civic organisation has been notified to revoke it and shut the property.
