Obama is reelected, America’s Cultural Revolution Continues

In this bitter, early winter here in the Northeast, President Obama, off the heels of the nastiest, most negative campaign in American history has achieved his purpose – another for years as President of the United States.  Not without of course the incessant slandering and innacurate characterization his opponent, Mitt Romney as nothing short of a heinous Mormon combination of Babbitt, Old Man Potter and Gordon Gekko.  Sadly, this mischaracterization and apparent stupidity of millions of voters who lack the ability for critical thinking, has lead to perhaps the final nail in the coffin for the America that we grew up in.  We are entering a new phase of American history, with increasing Federal oversight of individual citizens daily lives.  Most who voted for Obama once or twice will live to regret it in short order, except for the fact that they are apparently living in some kind of mental derangement.  That’s okay, because Uncle Barry has their affliction covered in his abysmal healthcare takeover and will deliver them to free housing for the mentally ill (formerly called insane asylums).  It may take years for all of Obama’s lies and failures to fully take root but make no mistake, they will and those that voted for him will  most directly bear the cost (the “rich”  will always find ways to protect themselves).  A few paltry dollars handed out by Uncle Barry are not a worthy exchange for your freedom.

While Romney was defined as some sort of Greedy, soulless capitalist, in fact he and Ryan were uniquely qualified to untangle the financial mess that threatens the stability of the government.  But forget about that, I want my Obama phone!

The so called American Dream is now to be the recipient of measly grab bag of government largesse, paid for by the greedy rich.  How utterly pathetic.  Much will be made of Obama’s coalition and the makeup of the “New America” but I will leave for the pundits to haggle over.  It’s all about the message in politics and it is clear the Romney fell victim to Axelrod’s ambush of early ads that planted irreversible seeds in the national consciousness.  But we need look no further than Richard Nixon for the result of such a lustful, greedy hold on power.  Good luck governing now, Mr. President.  You have proven to be little more than a minority hire, failed law school adjunct professor and incompetent community organizer.  As the days and weeks pass from the horrors of Benghazi with no honest or coherent explanation from the White House, this debacle threatens to define his second term before it even begins.  Think Richard Nixon in 1973.

If there is a silver lining here, it is that Obama will have swallow hard on all of the rancid carrion that he produced in his first term.  His second term will be an unmitigated disaster.  His central theme will of course will be to demonize the Republican controlled house at every step.  Sooner or later he will run out of his lifeless, dishonest campaign of spreading the blame for his dreaful performance.  History will judge him by results, not his sniveling attempts to transfer the blame of his failures onto others.
