While your people are working remotely and increasingly independently, now is an excellent time to bring them together in team learning experiences.  I am offering virtual book study courses for each of my cornerstone books, What Great Brands Do: The Seven Brand-Building Principles That Separate the Best from the Rest and FUSION: How Integrating Brand and Culture Powers the World’s Greatest Companies.

In each six-week course, participants read the book and participate in weekly video calls with me to discuss questions from the book discussion guide and any other questions or topics about the book that you raise.  In our sessions, I will also review your individual or group results from the assessment in the book and provide instructions on using the tools and methods I reference in the book.  Courses also include other bonus content.

3. Self-Paced On-Demand Online Seminars

Individual learning and development opportunities are available through my Growth Institute courses.  Through a combination of recorded video sessions of me teaching core concepts and implementation plans to be completed after each module, each of my seminars provides a self-guided training experience that helps participants develop action plans to implement the learning.
