i'm disappointed in ron. he doesn't even care about lavendar. i like that rowling made the issue ron and Hermione and not harry and hermione. because that's what usually happens. but they really don't seem right for each other. they've argued in all of the books. hermione is a lot nicer to ron than he is to her. it will be a pleasant change when and if they do finally get together. i'm looking forward to seeing how their behavior changes.

i have to comment on the word snogging. being an american i just don't know what to make of this word. it sounds nothing like what it is. and the way all of the characters use it, it sounds like something illicit.
