Writing 

So having finished my first draft of Cloaked I now can't do anything with it for a couple of weeks (after which I will basically rip it apart in my first round of editing!) So instead I've been working on a story based on Phantom of the Opera, it started out as just an idea that was going around in my head, but my best friend (and fellow Phantom fan) ended up encouraging me to take it further. After I've finished this one I think I'll be working on one of my ideas that doesn't retell another story!

My Life

Not sure there's really much to report here. The Brownies have just been preparing for the Gang Show, to the extent that my Mum (who is a Scout Leader and is organising the Gang Show) came down to teach them some songs. She later commented that we had such a lovely group of girls and I couldn't help but feel really proud of them! Other than that there's not really much to report. We had the back lash from the storm over in the US last weekend, but it was just very windy and wet as opposed to the snow storms the US had!
