1.Globalisation means integrating the national economy with world economy.
2.Tough competition in production.
3.When our exports are increased, we can have foreign exchange reserves.
4.Foreign direct investments will be increased.
5.When multi-national companies are welcomed, we can barrow their technology.
6.Use of computers.
7.Many employment opportunities.
8.Liberation of economic policies.

Not beneficial:
1.No agriculture development.
2.Our products do not have proper marketing.
3.No use of computers in villages.
4.Our country's economy will go into the hands of foreigners.
5.The poor remain the poor.
6.Political sovereignty is effected.
7.Indian culture is adversely affected.
