Sub : Shifting of less used books from Library 

Sir,

This is in connection with improving the library collection. More stack space is required in the library due to the demand of subject textbooks.

We found that old books and less used books cover a lot space in shelves. We have prepared a list of such books.

Kindly approve the request to  write off / shift these books from library stack to the store.
