Well, it’s been quite a year! Personally I’ve gotten another new job (hoping this one sticks), became President of our local Toastmasters club, joined a program advisory board for a local university and have a ton a new friends and colleagues.
Equally so the Bookworm (my alter ego) has been busy herself. Below you’ll see some of the top posts from 2015. Feel Free to browse, read and respond.
So I’ve probably read twice or three times as many books as I have listed here, but these are the reads I really thought you would enjoy from the past year. As you can see I’m really in to series and YA literature. But if you follow this blog, chances are you are too.
Annie’s People Trilogy by Beverly Lewis
Paper Towns by John Green
The Soul Keeper Series by GP Ching
Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson
Insurgent by Veronica Roth
The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd
I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou
End of Secrets by Ryan Quinn
Movie adaptations weren’t quite a prevalent this year as in others past, but we still managed to see a handful of the bigger titles and shared our opinions with you in the articles below. This should be a 2015 countdown watch list to ring in the new year!
Mockingjay Part 2
Fifty Shades of Grey
The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies
Maybe not my most intelligent articles from this year, but these articles were meant to entertain and start a little conversation among us book enthusiasts. It’s not too late to join in the conversation.
Goofy Books for Gifts
Dad’s Reading Recommendations
Deciding What to Read Next
Begging for These Next Adaptations
