Pareto principle for learning English vocabulary.

OBS: Those books on this Post are to be available in the future (soon) please came back later.

Language learning, like most things in life, follow the Pareto Principle where 80% of consequences come from 20% of the causes. It’s been said that the top 1000 most frequent words in a language make up over 80% of the speech. This means that if you focus on the most commonly spoken words in any language then you most likely will get a solid foundation of that language much faster. Here are the 2 lists (Books) with the 1000 most common words in English language.

You may find the same words in those two books, since the source where I get the words from claim that those words are the most frequent words in English, but please remember one book has definitions of the words and the other has example sentences with the words and since the purpose of these books is not only to build up your vocabulary, but also to improve your calligraphy, perhaps you may consider to buy both of them as practice and re-enforcement.

The vocabulary top 1000 words. Learn by practicing calligraphy. Vol 1
