Two of the world’s most legendary chefs will come together this June to host a unique culinary experience.
For one night only, internationally renowned celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck will cook with acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse at CUT at 45 Park Lane.
The pair will be teaming up to create a gastronomic fusion of excellence, with each chef presenting alternate dishes to complete a tasting menu which will take place on Wednesday, June 7, at 45 Park Lane’s Restaurant, CUT.
The evening will take guests on a culinary journey with exceptional pairings made to highlight the dishes created by these leading chefs. Both chefs will be accompanied by their award-winning teams, with Pucks headed by executive chef, Elliott Grover at 45 Park Lane and Ducasse’s, led by Jean-Phillippe Blondet, executive chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester.
The name Wolfgang Puck is synonymous with the best of restaurant hospitality and the ultimate in all aspects of the culinary arts. The famed chef has built a brand encompassing three companies and currently holds two Michelin stars. Puck is also more widely known of late for catering for the Governors Ball, the Academy’s post-Oscars celebration, which he has been doing for 29 years.
Born in the Landes, Alain Ducasse is at the helm of approximately thirty restaurants, from authentic bistros and casual brasseries to three Michelin-star restaurants, disseminated throughout seven countries. He founded Les Collectionneurs, a network of almost five hundred independent restaurants and hotels in Europe and his restaurant in London, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, one of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants with 3 Michelin stars.
Located on the ground floor of 45 Park Lane, CUT’s London outpost was Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel at 45 Park Lane, CUT restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award-winning Beverly Hills counterpart.
