An Encyclopaedia is a reference work that offers a comprehensive collection of articles or entries ordered alphabetically on numerous themes. Encyclopaedias strive to give a thorough and authoritative overview of a certain branch of expertise or area of interest. They can be about anything, including science, history, literature, art, music, and culture. A New History of India by writers Rudrangshu Mukherjee, Shobita Punja, and Toby Sinclair about the history of India in the modern era might be called a modern-day encyclopaedia, particularly for Indians.
