The Fountain of Youth

Tags: skin body youth
Our youth-obsessed society has brought many to self loathing mentality. Youth is closely relative to beauty itself, no doubt that the way we treat our body closely relates to the condition of our skin and overall appearance. So you may be asking yourself what is the fountain of youth? Is it in a bottle? The outer adornments such as makeup and clothes only mask the truth. The only defense you have against aging is what you put in your mouth. Plain and simple that is real talk. As our body ages the collagen receptors fade and elasticity loosens on the skin then it degenerates leaving unhealthy wrinkle skin which in return make you age faster. You might ask what is the solution? Your diet which needs to be fresh and raw. I do endorse the vegetarian or vegan lifestyle which allows me to devour as much veggies and fruits as I like never being hungry this is really your front line of defense against aging next is physical activity or exercise such as hiking, bike riding, running, walking, and strength training with weights strengthens your heart and the muscle groups of your body, as well as, keeping you fit. Sleep and rest also contribute to ultimate health benefits. So the fountain of youth can’t be found in makeup which only masks the problems like blemishes and pimples or toxic chemical skin creams that promise lasting results, although there are some that really do work like more of the natural product lines. The Skin is the outer covering of the entire body. Its the largest organ of the human body. The skin has layers (epidermis and dermis) it guards the underlying muscles, blood vessels, nerves, bones, ligaments and internal organs. It is the indicator of health and wellness in the body. The best veggies and fruits for the skin are avocados, red bell peppers, watermelon, cucumber, oranges, grapes and of course alkaline or distilled water. The best oils for your skin coconut oil, rose oil, and wheat germ oil they strengthen and rebuild collagen receptors in the skin. Everything I have mentioned here has been used, tested, and endorsed by me.
