Hey, it’s Gary Cole! Hey, it’s Nolan North actually putting on a voice that doesn’t make me immediately go, “Hey, it’s him again!” Maybe this show is paying Mr North more than his usual voice acting gig so he puts on a little bit more effort for a change.

The Dump is a simple story: a city inspector visits this big rubbish Dump, where Dave Dvorchek—known as Ugly Dave—has made his home. The inspector wants Dave to move out so that the city can clear out the unsightly filth and make way for a new sanitation project, but Dave is predictably enough resistant to moving.

Instead, he tells the city inspector of his encounter with a giant… thing… that eats the garbage and even living beings in the dump, incorporating whatever it eats into its form to resemble that thing from, well, The Thing.

The city inspector is like, oh please, not another rambling from a lunatic, but I’m sure most people watching this episode will guess what will happen next.

There is a pee-pee in display, along with peeing, but I doubt most people will the context in which these appear to be sexy. Then again, considering what happens to the pee-pee in question, I’m pretty sure someone out there is touching themselves to that scene, and if you’re one of them, pretend that you’re normal and we’ll still be cool, thanks.

This is a pretty predictable episode, but it is a pleasant enough visual spectacle to make up for that. Sure, there is no explanation as to what that thing is or where it comes from, or why it hasn’t eaten Dave.

Then again, I’m sure this episode just wants to show the audience a monster bloodily chomping on things, juvenile gore, and crude humor. There’s nothing wrong with these, of course, if done well, and this episode makes for a decent, if still rather forgettable, filler episode.
