The September Wrap

Happy October! This post is coming a bit later than normal because, as you might have noticed, I’ve been slacking on writing regularly lately. Mid-September, I came down with a cold, and since then it has only gotten worse. This has unfortunately negatively impacted my ability to look at my computer and type, and since my day job requires this, the website has been on the back burner. Nevertheless, I am here!

The upside my illness is that I’ve consumed an infinite amount of content, so if you need any recommendations feel free to comment and ask! This post has a huge list of books and movies, so you’ll be able to find at least one you enjoy.

Books I Read

I read so many books this month! It was a great month for reading, and because a couple of these were shorter graphic novels or poetry books, I was able to get a ton of good books in.

  • Red Eye (3.5 stars)

Some WTTN News

Vania published a book of poetry! While I do plan on writing a full review at some point for you all, what I can say now is that it’s absolutely incredible. I’m so proud of the way she excavated her deepest emotions and experiences for us to read and benefit from. I highly recommend purchasing a copy.

Elsewhere On the Internet

One month late, but my article on openly queer basketball players in the WNBA was used as a source in a Diva article!

How was your September? Tell me all about it in the comments!
