This morning I thought I would try Butter coffee. You make it with grass fed butter and Coconut Oil whipped in black coffee. Sounds gross, but it's actually pretty good. Why? Because it is supposed to keep you full while giving you much more energy using the fats from the butter and coconut oil. I'm going to try it for a week. Why not?

DH is having his third treatment next week. The half way mark 😄 yay!!!!!! He is doing very well. The very next day after the first chemo his appetite came back and it is going full speed ahead. He eats anything in sight,lol. I don't care, I'm thrilled he is eating and gaining. I was scared there for a few months. It wasn't a good time. I'm feeling hopeful again. Perhaps my muse will return now?

If it were a bit warmer I would head to the beach. The sunshine is calling me outside, but the layer of frost is telling me to stay put. I did get a walk in a couple weeks ago and found a few treasures.

I may visit mom today. Her neighbor passed away last week and no one knew it. It kind of shook her up. The neighbor lady was nice, but not sociable so mom only really saw her in the summer when outside. Mom noticed her newspapers and mail was piling up so she called the police to have them check on her yesterday. People from her church usually check on her, or my brother will go over to ask if she needs something when it snows. Sure enough, they found her and said she probably passed about six days ago. So sad to pass all alone. I hate the thought of that.😔

I've not been too social myself lately, but did get to spend a day with my pal Leslie in St. Joe last week perusing resale shops. I nabbed this wire basket for a song. I've seen in all the decorator magazines and shops. It's in my dining room but will be used for vintage laces in my studio.

So I have nothing really new to share as far as projects, other than this tiny cq heart pendant. 

Of course I filled it with lavender buds. Perhaps I'll make some for my etsy shop. They are fun and a portable project to work on at the Dr.

Oh, I did make some beaded bees for the shop.
